He holds a PhD in Business & Technology with a specialization in Strategy and Innovation and received the 2018 Wall Street Journal Business Leader Award. In 2015, he founded StratAscension, where he serves as Managing Director, helping leaders strengthen management skills, build innovative cultures, and create thriving organizations. He is also passionate about mentoring and training youth athletes.
